Meet Baris, Operator Fill & Pack at Yakult Factory
What is your role within Yakult?
I’m an Operator in the Fill & Pack department. As an operator, I ensure that our filling and packing machines continue to run. We solve minor malfunctions and ensure that our product reaches the consumer properly.
What do you like about your job?
The nice thing about my job is the atmosphere on the work floor with my colleagues. And what I especially like is that you are working with a large team to continuously improve the product and the Yakult brand.
Why did you choose Yakult?
Yakult is a large and well-known brand. I heard that name a lot in my youth, which is why I thought it would be interesting to work at Yakult. And the great thing is….I wasn’t disappointed! I am proud to be able to contribute to the success of Yakult and to work with motivated colleagues who share the same passion.
