
Your main responsibilities
1. Pan-European Digital Media & Performance Oversight
- Drive the European digital media and performance strategy, optimizing the channel mix across Paid Search (SEA), Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, etc.), Programmatic Video/Display, and Retail Media to grow the Yakult Brand.
- Establish robust KPI frameworks, creative best practices, and media investment guardrails per channel across diverse European markets (e.g., balancing reach on TikTok with intent-driven capture on Google SEA).
- Track and improve digital campaign results across markets. Audit local ad accounts to find growth opportunities and manage ad frequency to prevent audience fatigue.
- Lead regional agency relationships, ensuring accountability, driving cross-market learning, and fostering continuous improvement.
2 Analytics, Measurement & Governance
- Own, evolve, and standardize European digital measurement frameworks and unified reporting structures.
- Ensure data quality, tracking integrity, and strict compliance with global analytics standards and local privacy regulations (GDPR).
- Oversee attribution and media effectiveness methodologies to accurately capture the impact of multi-channel campaigns.
- Translate complex performance data into clear, high-level strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
3. Market Enablement & Capability Building
- Drive operational scale and consistency by developing pan-European standard operating procedures, digital toolkits, and agency frameworks.
- Build local digital media and measurement capabilities through coaching, training workshops, and knowledge sharing.
- Empower local teams to define market-specific KPIs, interpret performance data, and optimize outcomes independently within agreed regional standards.
- Bridge the gap between paid/earned digital activation, core brand objectives, and regional learning agendas.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Projects
- Act as a key partner to regional and local stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, IT, and Legal.
- Provide data-driven input into annual planning, budgeting cycles, and long-term strategic marketing initiatives.
- Champion and contribute to ad-hoc European projects based on your digital expertise and regional growth priorities.
